Made to Order

Each Garden bench is custom-built to order. Production takes 5-10 working days on average. Thereafter your bench will be dispatched and delivered to you within 5-7 working days depending on where you are located in South Africa.

Production time may be extended barring any material supply problems which are extremely rare.

With regards to our Flatpack benches stock is generally kept and thus can be dispatched within 3 working days of order and payment. 

Shipping

We deliver straight to your door, where the courier service is available – this applies to most urban areas in South Africa. In rural areas, the customer would need to arrange to collect from the nearest courier depot or an address in the nearest town arranged by them and at their risk.

Delivery Costs

1. We offer Local Delivery for FREE within a 40 km radius from Muizenberg on all products.
2. For any orders of our slatted benches Cape Robin and Guinea Fowl that are outside of our 40 km radius delivery is FREE however benches are delivered as flatpack – both are easy to assemble and only 2 tools required (size 10 spanner & hammer). We include simple instructions for you to follow.
3. Wooden benches Loerie, Francolin, and Sunbird are all delived assembled however if you are outside of the 40 km radius the following rates apply:
   • Western Cape – R2,000.00
   • Eastern Cape – R2,500.00
   • Free State – R2,500.00
   • North West – R2,500.00
   • Northern Cape – R2,500.00
   • Gauteng – R3,000.00
   • Kwa-zulu Natal – R3,000.00
   • Limpop – R3,000.00
   • Mpumalanga – R3,000.00

Please note that the amounts above can change, any additional charges for shipping will be invoiced to you once confirmation of your delivery address is confirmed with our courier service. Assembled benches are costly to deliver due to weight.

All benches come with maintenance guides by email or in hard copy with the delivery on request. For Flatpack purchases, you will receive assembly guides as well.
