Each Garden bench is custom-built to order. Production takes 5-10 working days on average. Thereafter your bench will be dispatched and delivered to you within 5-7 working days depending on where you are located in South Africa.
Production time may be extended barring any material supply problems which are extremely rare.
With regards to our Flatpack benches stock is generally kept and thus can be dispatched within 3 working days of order and payment.
We deliver straight to your door wherever courier services are available—this applies to most urban areas in South Africa. For rural areas, customers will need to arrange collection from the nearest courier depot, or provide an address in the nearest town at their own risk.
Cape Town Delivery & Assembly:
We offer direct, pre-assembled delivery for all of our wooden benches within Cape Town.
Outside Cape Town Delivery & Assembly:
Slatted Benches: Delivered as a flatpack for self-assembly. They are quick and easy to put together, requiring only two tools (a hammer and a size 10 spanner), and include simple instructions.
Other Wooden Benches: Delivered fully assembled. Please note that fully assembled benches are costly to transport due to their weight and volume.
The rates listed below are baseline estimates only (+). A final, accurate delivery cost will be confirmed and invoiced once your delivery address is verified with our courier service.

All benches include a maintenance guide, sent via email or provided as a hard copy with your delivery upon request. For flatpack orders, step-by-step assembly guides are included.
