Since the reputation of our business is more valuable than any individual item we supply, we will refund items returned to us where dispatched for return by the buyer within 7 days of receipt. We will also replace defective parts such as timber slats or steel frame elements, at our expense.

Generally, we will arrange the return courier service and cover the return costs of flatpack items, provided the item is repacked neatly and completely dismantled in the delivery packaging.

If any complaints should arise, we would request that the customer should in the first place communicate with us to involve us in rectifying the matter to their satisfaction.
